FOB Nanjing Port

1. Shipping Policy
· Port of Loading: Nanjing Port (Longtan), China
· Shipping Method: Direct sailing from Nanjing Port or transshipment globally via Shanghai/Ningbo
· Seller’s Responsibility:Production, trucking, export customs clearance, transport condition declaration, terminal charges at Nanjing Port, and full set of export documents including B/L, invoice, packing list, MSDS.
· Buyer’s Responsibility:Ocean freight, insurance, destination customs clearance, import duties, terminal fees and last-mile delivery.
· Risk Transfer: All risks and costs transfer to the buyer once goods are on board the vessel.
2. Lead Time
· Production: 7–30 working days for regular products
· Loading at Nanjing Port: 1–3 working days
· Estimated transit time to destination port (subject to actual schedule) :
a. Southeast Asia: 7–14 days
b. Middle East/India-Pakistan: 14–21 days
c. Europe: 25–35 daysd. USA: 20–30 days
NOTE: The seller ensures timely loading at Nanjing Port but does not guarantee the exact arrival time at destination port; actual time shall prevail.
3. Return & Refund Policy
Acceptable Returns
· Wrong items or shortage caused by the seller
· Factory quality defects (with official test report)
Non-Returnable
· Buyer’s order error, color mistake, or order cancellation
· Opened, used, or improperly stored products
· Custom colors or custom formulations
· Damage, leakage, delay after shipment
· Issues related to destination customs, duties, or local regulations

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid, Door-to-Door)

1. Shipping Policy
· Port of Loading: Nanjing Port, China
· Shipping Method: Direct sailing from Nanjing Port or transshipment globally via Shanghai/Ningbo
· Place of Delivery: Buyer’s designated address (major cities worldwide)
· Seller covers all:Production, export customs, sea freight, import customs clearance, duties & taxes, last-mile delivery.
· Seller not responsible for:Local permits, remote area surcharges, no recipient, wrong address, or policy changes.
2. Door-to-Door Lead Time
· Production: 7–30 working days
· Southeast Asia: 12–20 days
· Middle East: 20–30 days
· Europe: 30–45 days
· USA: 25–35 days
NOTE: Subject to customs inspection, port congestion ,holidays, etc., lead time will be extended accordingly, and the actual time shall prevail.
3. Return & Refund Policy
Acceptable Cases
· Wrong items or shortage by the seller· Factory quality issues (with official test report)
No Return / No Refund
· Buyer’s order or color selection mistakes
· Opened or used products
· Customized colors or formulations
· Transit damage/leakage: covered by cargo insurance; seller assists claim- no returns
· Wrong address, no recipient, incorrect customs information
· Local certification, duty or regulatory issues

General Terms

1. Industrial coatings are classified as chemical products. No returns or refunds shall be accepted for non-quality issues once produced and delivered.
2. Shelf life: 6 months for waterborne coatings, 12 months for solvent-based coatings (under unopened and proper storage conditions).
3. All claims must be filed in writing with photos/videos within 3 working days after receipt.
4. Customized products are non-returnable and non-cancelable for any reason.
